How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies depending on location, usually 1-3 days for Java and 3-7 days for outside Java with special packing for live fish.
What is the fish warranty system?
We provide DOA (Dead On Arrival) guarantee with certain terms and conditions. Please contact us immediately if there are issues with the received fish.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through bank transfer (BCA, BRI, Mandiri), virtual account, and e-wallet (Gopay, OVO, Dana).
Can I see the fish directly?
Currently we only serve online sales. However, you can see detailed photos and videos of every fish we sell.
